This week we are doing MISS. Medium intensity steady state.
I call this workout; how much ground can you cover in 30 minutes? Regardless of what mode of cardio you choose, find a pace that’s slightly uncomfortable and compete with your machine.
How many miles, vertical feet, or distance can you cover in the span of 30 minutes.
The intensity of this workout is more than your LISS pace, but obviously you can’t sprint for 30 minutes
