This workout can be a 30 or 60 minute workout: you decide. (Will be posted in hour format) It can also be an incline focused or speed focus workout: you decide! Incline recommendation: 5-8% (as minutes get shorter, incline gets higher) Speed recommendation: 80-95% (as minutes get shorter, speed gets faster. One round will come out to 30 minutes, two rounds 60 minutes. Do whatever feels good and what you have time for.

I’m a pool of sweat! I did the 30 minute option which was roughly 3.5 miles for me. It was a fun, creative and interactive way to get to that distance!

Went the thirty min route on the stairclimber, paired with a 20 or less. Very sweaty 🔥

Easy=walk, fast=run. Was going for 60 min version by doing 5’s b2b and then 4’s. Ran home after finishing 3’s…bathroom emergency. 🤪 53 mins total. Great workout though!
