Incline recommendation: 5-8% (as minutes get shorter, incline gets higher)
Speed recommendation: 80-95% (as minutes get shorter, speed gets faster.
One round will come out to 30 minutes, two rounds 60 minutes. Do whatever feels good and what you have time for.
