This is an optional workout for those who enjoy running/cardio sprints. Same movements from previous weeks but set in a different pattern with a longer time frame! Enjoy! Don’t have a treadmill? Don’t worry! You can sub out the running with any cardio of your choice (biking, rowing, stairs, eliptigo, ski erg, jumping jacks, burpees ect)

Not my favorite break down, enjoyed last weeks more, but that's just preference. Still a great workout, heart rate up & definitely got a sweat in.
