I will leave the submission link to submit your after open for an additional week. But you *must* submit your after to win the cash prizes. What to expect moving forward with training with “Spring Bridge Training” 1. These will be uploaded weekly to the “Weekly Programming” highlight Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and midnight EST. (Night before) 2. It is not a permanent program. The workouts will be replaced as the weeks go. Only 10 workouts stay within the daily training. So PLEASE save them if you enjoy a workout. 3. Please do a de-load week by reducing training intensity coming off the challenge. Whether it’s continuing with the ignite challenge and repeating it, choosing some of the beginner workouts on the app or doing the spring bridge program with less intensity!
