REMINDER: bridge program is not permanent! If you like a workout, be sure to favorite and download it so you always have access. Throwing a MENTAL challenge at you today! Okay... physical too, but this workout is started, won, and finished in your mind. FOR the lunge jumps, because this movement is bilateral, reps are TOTAL! For round 2 (15 rep round) you will do 16 TOTAL reps. For round 5 ( 5 rep round) you will do 6 TOTAL reps. Be positive, or at minimum, stay neutral! You've got this.

Dang. I didn't get to this one last week, so I did it today. Definitely a tough one, but only took me 20 minutes, so it was super efficient! Great HIIT style workout!
