This is an optional workout for those who enjoy running/cardio sprints. Don’t have a treadmill? Don’t worry! You can sub out the running with any cardio of your choice (biking, rowing, stairs, eliptigo, ski erg, jumping jacks, burpees ect)

This was such a fun workout. I did not expect to like it this much since most exercises were fairly new to me but I really liked it. Time flew by during this workout

Super great sweat in short amount of time. Didnt have much time tonight so just what I needed! Never thought I’d run again.

Loved it! Added 5-8 reps to each exercise and extended the runs by 30 seconds for a little extra 🔥
