Went to an hour long spin class Thursday night that incorporated core and shoulder work so counting that for this workout 🏋🏻‍♀️

I’m counting 2 hours of highly competitive volleyball last night as my well over 10 minutes of cardio, and just did the planks and shoulder press with more 2 hours of volleyball later tonight. Excited for what’s to come! And excited to keep up with this when I don’t have volleyball and push myself with the mile run, even though it’ll be freezing outside!!

So fun! Today I opted for the treadmill as it was drizzling and the kids have colds. And wow what a difference it makes not pushing 50 extra pounds! Phew 😅
