Loved this one! Great workout in 30 minutes. I wasn’t motivated today and it was easy to jump right in with the simple moves and knowing it was only 30 minutes of my time 🙌🏼

I loved the simplicity of this workout! It wasn’t intimidating so it made it easier to just jump in when I didn’t really want to workout at all. Felt good! 💪🏼
