It put me to the test.. I don't know why but to perform the exercises well I had to lower the weight compared to the last time I did this workout. I also decreased the repetitions for some exercises.. and yet I don't seem to have gotten worse physically.. What do you think is happening to me?

That finisher truly finished me this morning. That assault bike really did a number on me. 10 sets with 10 reps push press 😰😰. I honestly did not think I would be able to finish all 10 sets of the finisher but I did 💃🏻.
