This is an optional workout for those who enjoy running/cardio sprints. Same movements from previous weeks but set in a different pattern with a longer time frame! Enjoy! Don’t have a treadmill? Don’t worry! You can sub out the running with any cardio of your choice (biking, rowing, stairs, eliptigo, ski erg, jumping jacks, burpees ect)

I was going to do full body, but I missed the last few cardio weeks so this felt amazzzing! I loved this set up best. Did incline at 3.4 speed for the cardio sets as running didn’t feel right at first.
