This weeks challenge is a 35 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible).
There are 6 movements and you’ll alternate between lower body and core.
All you will need is your body, although you can add weight to make this even more challenging.
This week the goal is to push your mind as well as your body. If you need to modify, modify. If you need to rest, rest. But challenge yourself to go the full 35 minutes.
These style workouts are great when you’re short on time, don’t want to think, and just need a fast effective workout.
