Progressive overload this week is increasing weight on your thrusters and a rep on pushups! If you really struggled last week, keep everything the same and improve from last week! (Less rest, better form, more intention etc) Today WILL challenge you. But you ARE tough AND CAPABLE! Modify it as needed and know this is just a starting point not your finish. Today is also about testing muscular & cardiovascular endurance/capacity
