My friends!!! I have not been uploading every day here because I am not on a strict program right now — rather, I’m focusing of maintenance workouts until my inconsistent schedule of travel calms down in the new year.
That said, here are a few things I like to keep in mind when schedule is like this:
1. Train full body — all 7 fundamental movement patterns
2. Walk at least 10,000 steps a day
3. Increase protein intake
4. Make smart decisions on food/drink when traveling
Follow along below for my Maintenance Workout from Monday:
5 min incline treadmill / 5 min backwards walk
Leg Extensions — 3 x 20
Banded Knee Extensions — 3 x 15 each
Barbell RDL — 4 x 12
Decline Sit Ups — 4 x 15 into decline Russian Twists x 20
Single Arm Lat Pull Down — 3 x 15 each
Assisted Pull Up — 3 x 10
Flat DB Bench Press — 3 x 12
Standing Arnold Press — 3 x 20
Seated Row (two handles, one connect, spread) — 3 x 12 (increase weight each set)
