****heels elevated allows for more range of motion at the hip

3a. Decline Machine Press โ 4 x 12
3b. Single Arm DB Row โ 4 x 12 each
Push/Pull 2
4a. Seated Arnold Press โ 4 x 12
4b. ISO Lat Pull Down โ 4 x 12 each
***go light and focus on squeeze for Pulldowns

5a. Overhead Bicep Curl โ 3 x 15
