Lateral Raises x2 to Front Raises x2 โ€” 2 x 10 each 1b. Push Ups โ€” 2 x 25 1c. Reverse Lunges โ€” 2 x 20 1d. Yoga Ball Reverse Crunch โ€” 2 x 20 2. Single Leg Press โ€” 4 x 10 each 3. Alternating Fly to Double โ€” 2 x 10 total (left, right, both x2 = 1 full rep) ***go light Chest/Tri 4a. Incline DB Bench โ€” 4 x 12 4b. Single Arm Extension โ€” 4 x 15 each Shoulders/Tri 5a. Alternating Arnold Press โ€” 4 x 12 each 5b. Overhead DB Extension โ€” 4 x 15 Tricep Finisher 6a. Dips โ€” 2 x failure 6b. Underhand Grip Extension โ€” 2 x 20
