Pre Exhaustion
1a. Row Machine โ 4 x 150m
1b. Half Kneeling Chops โ 4 x 15 each
1c. Neutral Grip Pull Up โ 4 x 5
2. Underhand Grip Bent Over Row โ 4 x 12/10/8/8
***increase weight
3. Lat Pull Down โ 4 x 12
***slow and controlled, try to increase weight each time but focus is on contraction and stretch
Back/Core/Biceps
4a. Incline High Plank Row โ 4 x 12 each
4b. Wide Grip EZ Bar Curl โ 4 x 12
Back/Biceps
5a. Cable Pullover โ 4 x 12
5b. Rope Curl โ 4 x 20
