On the other end, you know I have been getting these workouts in as much of a fashionable program that I can given how much I have been traveling. โก๏ธ As 2022 starts, I will be getting back to my apartment next week and ready to program for myself (and you all in this โlatestโ tab) in an even more strategic fashion!
Follow along below for a leg day workout that works in compound and unilateral movements in order to create strength on single sides by separation and different movement patterns.

1. Leg Extensions - 3 x 15
***isolation, start light
2. Barbell Split Squats - 4 x 12 each
***compound, focus on pushing through front heel
3. KB Swings - 4 x 10
***high intensity, keep core tight and engaged
4. Single Leg Landmine RDL - 4 x 12 each
***compound, pull through heel and separate the sides
5. Heels Elevated Goblet Squat - 4 x 12
***isolating the quads with the elevated heels
