Seated Hamstring Curls โ€” 2 x 20 2. Split Squat โ€” 4 x 12 each Chest/Tri 3a. Alternating Decline Machine Press โ€” 4 x 12 each 3b. Great workout. Videos didnโ€™t work on the last two sets. I reset my network and everything Hopefully next time itโ€™ll be okay. I appreciate this so far.

Perfect for where my body was today. Been working around some body tweaks and I liked the flow of this one. I feel swole but not overworked in any way!
