3a. Alternating DB Incline Bench โ 3 x 12 each
3b. Wide Grip Lat Pulldown โ 3 x 15
3c. Underhand Lat Pulldown โ 3 x 10

4a. High Plank Single Arm Row โ 3 x 15 each
