For now, we are going to jump into a workout to isolate the legs and arms! It will be shorter than usual but very effective โ increase weight each set!! Get after it.

1. Trap Bar Deadlift โ 5 x 12/10/8/8/6
2. Bulgarian Split Squat โ 4 x 12 each
Biceps/Hamstrings
3a. Toes Elevated RDL โ 4 x 12
3b. Alternating DB Curl โ 4 x 10 each
Arms
4a. Cable Curl โ 4 x 15
4b. Tricep Push Down โ 4 x 12
