WHAT IS UP, MY FRIENDS?! It has been a minute since Iโve uploaded to my โLatestโ tab and Iโm happy to sayโฆ..drum roll pleaseโฆ..the workouts will be making a comeback! Before we get into my leg workout from yesterday, I figured Iโd answer the most common question Iโve been getting: โIs my app not working? The workouts arenโt popping up anymore?โ
ANSWER: My โLatestโ tab workout is always MY WORKOUTS that you all like to follow along with as I program for myself and you all have similar goals. However, I have been traveling quite a bit and didnโt want to upload my jumbled workouts as I have not been following a plan โ so, I didnโt want you all to get away from your goals! Hybrid Athlete 1 & 2.0 are your best bets for consistency!!! I will be back to uploading workouts 2-3 times a week to start for now.

Warm up โ stair stepper 5 min / backwards tread in walk on 7.5% incline @ 3.3 mph for 5 min
1. Leg Press โ 5 x 12
2. Single Leg Extension (pause reps) โ 3 x 10 each
3. Toes Elevated RDL โ 5 x 12
4. Single Leg Hamstring Curl โ 3 x 12 each
Superset Finish
5a. Deficit Sumo DB Squat โ 4 x 12
5b. Elevated DB Reverse Lunge โ 4 x 12 each
