About Nick Walker
Online personal trainer
Growing up, I was an athlete my entire life. I went to college to play division 1 baseball at Austin Peay State University. After suffering an injury late in my career that held me back from my dream of playing professional baseball, I decided I did not want anyone else to miss out on their dreams. I have always had a passion for helping people and a passion for the body and how it works.
After earning a Master’s Degree in Health & Human Performance, I decided to become a certified trainer where I worked at Equinox, Berkeley. From there, I took my interests outdoors and trained hundreds of clients with minimal equipment to help them achieve their goals in health and wellness.
My aim is to help people have fun in the process of movement , even if it is just getting started on their journey. At the root of my fitness philosophy is positivity and mental clarity. We will not only work together on movement goals but work together achieve a healthy body AND mind.

You have to keep up with me! I post fresh workouts and insights so you keep moving and learning!
Can I save workouts so they don't disappear?
Not yet! But message me what workouts you love or want to see more of. I am always willing to send over a workout that may have disappeared in this tab!
Do the workouts require any equipment?
It depends on which workout we are doing together - most workouts will require minimum equipment but some may require a gym!
What’s the main goal for your workouts?
I want you to FEEL good. Exercising, or moving, for 30 minutes daily will help you gain the necessary lifestyle habits to feeling and looking the way you have always wanted!
What type of workouts are you sharing?
I will be sharing a wide range of workouts between bodyweight programs, high intensity workouts and sweaty gym sessions!
