Leg Growth โ When it comes to growing your legs, it's important to keep in mind a few things: use progressive overload (increase weight or reps to increase rate of perceived exertion), focus on the time under tension on each contraction, and be mindful of the mind to muscle connection!
Movements / Cues:
1. Barbell Split Squats - descend through your back
toe/knee, drive up through heel and lateral side of foot to activate glutes & quads
2. Leg Extensions - angle your toes slightly out to
isolate your quads even more
3. Heels Elevated Goblet - elevating your heels (as well as the narrow stance) will isolate your quads and allow for more range of motion at the hip

Warm Up โ incline treadmill 15% @ 2.8-4.0 mph for 10 minutes
1. Leg Extensions โ 10 x 10
2. Toes Elevated RDL โ 10 x 10
3. Barbell Split Squat โ 5 x 10 each
4. Hamstring Curls โ 4 x 12
5. Heels Elevated Goblet Squat โ 3 x 15
