This is a full-body session with a little extra love on your upper body and glutes.
We’re building strength through pull-ups, rows, and presses…
then shifting into controlled lower body work to light up your glutes and clean up your movement.
Nothing in here is rushed.
You’re meant to slow down, stay in control, and actually feel the work.
You’ll move through:
• upper body strength
• targeted shoulder work
• glute-focused lower body
• and a finisher to tie it all together
If the reps feel easy from start to finish…go heavier.
If you’re rushing…slow it down.
This is about intentional reps, not just getting it done.
