Class Description:
This is your no-shortcuts glute day the one that hits deep, builds strength, and leaves you feeling it tomorrow.
We’re starting with heavy, controlled glute-focused lifts to build real strength through your hips and hamstrings (hip thrusts, RDLs, split squats, and lunges). Every movement is intentional.
Then we finish with a ladder-style banded burnout that lights up every part of your glutes .. upper, lower, and side so you walk out knowing you did the work.
