While being in the middle of the 300 challenge this is a perfect class for some tension relief. The flossing of the ball hip joint to half pigeon is absolutely heavenly, and chicken pose is one of my favorites. Absolutely lovely. Will be saving this one. Thank you Chelsea.

Absolutely LOVED this class! I love a nice, slow, stretchy flow and this hit the nail on the head. Learned a new shape in this class, too (chicken). So fun to explore new things! Thank you, Chelsea!
