This is one of those workouts that sneaks up on you in the best way. We’re hitting glutes + hamstrings with dumbbells only, which means you can do it anywhere, but don’t let that fool you…she works.
Think strong glutes, toned legs, and the kind of soreness that reminds you yep…I definitely trained yesterday.
Slow, intentional reps. No fluff. Just really good lower body work that actually makes you feel strong.
