This full-body workout is built around a 30-minute EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) to challenge strength, endurance, and core stability. After a quick warm-up, you’ll rotate through goblet squats, planks, devil’s presses, lunges, and banded lateral steps.
Work efficiently each minute, then use the remaining time to recover before the next movement begins. Expect legs, core, shoulders, and lungs to all get involved.
