Sculpting the lower half with 6 movements that NEVER disappoint! As someone with long limbs it takes time for the definition to appear and this one of my staple workouts! Also, my abs always pop after this workout! Lower body always gives love to our core 🤌🏻 I use a combination of dumbbells and kettlebells but it’s about grip strength for me so don’t feel afraid to change it up! beginner / 8-15lbs intermediate / 15-25lb advanced / 30lbs+
