This workout is all about pulling power — we’re hitting back and biceps with a mix of strength-focused supersets, muscle-sculpting detail work, and a serious biceps burnout to finish. Expect a mix of rowing, pulling, curls, and some sneaky core work mixed in along the way.

• Dumbbells (2 sets: moderate + heavy)
• Cable machine or long resistance band (for rows, face pulls, and pulldowns)
• Barbell
• Bench or sturdy surface (pullover)
