Expect a mix of rowing, pulling, curls, and some sneaky core work mixed in along the way. 🏋️‍♀️ Equipment Needed: • Dumbbells (2 sets: moderate + heavy) • Cable machine or long resistance band (for rows, face pulls, and pulldowns) • Barbell • Bench or sturdy surface (pullover) • Optional: Mat for kneeling or core moves ⸻ ✅ Mod Options: • Swap cable moves for bands if needed • All rowing moves can be done seated or standing depending on your setup • Floor or stability ball can replace a bench if needed
