This full-body strength class blends powerful dumbbell movements with core stability and athletic conditioning.
You’ll move through compound lifts that challenge coordination, strength, and control, followed by focused weighted core work to build a strong, resilient center. This is a higher-energy session, but the goal is still quality reps over speed.
Choose loads that allow you to stay connected to your form and choose reps that won’t compromise your form (but last three should feel tough).

• Explosive but stable drive up
• Intentional setup before every rep
If form slips, slow down or scale.
