With a baby up from his nap, I squeezed a good full body workout! It definitely took me longer than 40 mins with him climbing all over me, haha, but nevertheless, it was effective and felt great to get so much work done 💪🏻 Work for minimal rests between workouts and most of your recovery between sets 🔥 I used 20lb & 30lb dumbbells for all lower body. I used 15lbs for the toe taps & Russian twists
