Hiya!

I'm Chelsea Hofer (@chelseasyoga)!! I’m a mom of four who found fitness in my 30s, not through sports or athletics, but by simply showing up. I started with yoga in 2014, craving calm in a busy, overstimulated life. It became my foundation… teaching me how to connect, slow down, and stay consistent. I went on to earn my RYT 500 and began teaching, sharing that practice with women around the world. But at 40, everything shifted. I discovered strength training, and just like yoga, I was hooked. Not because I was chasing a certain look, but because of how it made me feel… capable, resilient, and strong in a way I had never experienced before. Now, I blend strength training, core stability, mobility, and nutrition to help women in their 30s, 40s, and beyond build muscle, support their metabolism, and feel at home in their bodies. I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition Coach, and my approach is simple… strength, consistency, and real life sustainability. Because this isn’t about going back to who you were. It’s about becoming someone new… and stronger than you ever thought possible.

Before Photos - Today I feel low in energy, sluggish and needing to drag myself to exercise. The real reason I joined this challenge is I used to be very motivated and self disciplined in exercising and being active, however after 2 kids and having a full time job, it is hard to upkeep my energy and maintain a scheduled routine. In 6 weeks, a big win for me would be to gain back my energy and joy for working out and to gain muscles, and bonus if I can lose 10lbs. After Photos - Before the challenge I felt like there was no change in body weight nor toning after my 2nd baby no matter how hard I tried with different variety of exercises. Now I feel like l've truly built an effective routine for myself to maintain a healthy diet and strength. In 6 weeks my weight is about the same but there's visible results from the photos where I can see my abs and muscle definition again!! I'm confident to fit in my favorite bikini once again!!
