I’ve had yoga butt on and off for two years…last 6months have been really focused on healing it! I’m a triathlete so it’s just way over use…Thanks for the focused class! Helps doing it with someone else that’s injured

Thank you so much!!!💛 Already been incorporating strength work and your booty band workouts to help strengthen the hamstring. So frustrating but glad I’m listening to my body and it’s not a severe injury.
