EMOM (every minute on the minute) is a workout in which you perform a certain number (in this case 7) of exercises within a given amount of time and then repeat this for several rounds. 45 seconds on | 15 seconds rest | 4 rounds Short on time with compound movements to maximize hypertrophy in this full body workout! I used an 18lb kettlebell for everything other than the split squat. For that, I used 26lbs. When I first started with strength training I did all body weight! We walk before we run, right!
