An acronym for “every minute on the minute,” EMOM workouts challenge you to complete an exercise for a certain number of reps in less than 60 seconds. The remaining time within the minute serves as your recovery. The recovery time is crucial and you don’t skip it. 6 rounds of 6 exercises = 36 min EMOM Aim for 15-20 seconds between exercises. Adjust rep count as needed to meet rest needs.
