Great workout to get your heart pumping! I do prefer the short demo videos, because Iโ€™m not as fast as you so I canโ€™t quite keep up with your follow along videos! ๐Ÿ˜€

Been waiting forever to get to one of these challenges! Finally feeling better after being sick and this one was ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ felt so strong! I love intermittent sprinting like this!
