This is a full body challenge, on the longer end. You’ll need a medium-heavy kettlebell or dumbbell. Dumbbells, kettlebells, and even plates in this workout can all be subbed out for one another. The goal is to push yourself with the weights you use and to push yourself with some new movements. You’ve got this! This workout is tough but so are you!

Those abs tho 🔥🔥🔥 This one is saved in my faves. Keep coming back to it and for good reason. Great combo of movements with strength and mobility.

They felt amazing! It was a Burner I always want to stop at 3 sets but pushed through and even got a 5 minute run in.
