Need a quick workout, no equipment but want some good challenging movement? This is a great body weight workout! Quick, a bit of a burn and some cardio work. All you need is yourself and a chair. Ab circuit is optional! If you want to make it more difficult, add weight or another round! ๐Ÿฅฐ

Your sonโ€™s guest appearance made this workout so amazing ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿฅน I ran 3 miles before this and then did the upper and lower circuits - core is tricky right now but going to use some of your pregnancy core workouts instead ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป โค๏ธ
