This is a body weight workout: you can add booty bands and or light weights if you would like to. You will need a steady surface (bench) but modifications are in place if you do not have access to one, so be sure to read the movement descriptions. There are two 15 minute circuits that you will do, for a total workout time of 30 minutes.
