Ran my half marathon on Sunday and wow it was so fun, but definitely ready to lift some weights!!!! This was a perfect easy lift back into things🤎

The four stars is because of me…just having trouble doing any core and feeling its effectiveness without coning. Almost 20 weeks pregnant though so I’m assuming I just need to be a bit more graceful with my pelvic floor 🤦🏻‍♀️
