This workout is a circuit style workout.
All you will need is either a pair of dumbbells or a band.
5 movements, each movement is performed for 1 minute.
Rest as you need between movements.
2 minute rest between rounds.

First workout back after 2 babies in 3years, a hip surgery and busy work schedule/life balance. It's time for myself again. This was a great intro back in and I knew where I could modify even more so than what's recommended. Sweating!!!
