Still rehabbing my knee from ACL surgery. My biggest struggle has been the atrophy on that side and I love how I can modify your workouts to what works for me for where I’m at. Solid workout - muscles are shaking.

I love this type of workout because I can hang out in the corner with everything I need and avoid the gym-xiety of hoping the next machine/equipment is open!
