That felt great! I’m going going back on the optional workouts that I missed earlier in the program to complete this program fully! I got through 4 rounds in 30 mins. I probably could of made one more round but ran short of time. Glad I did it!

5 rounds and I'm dead (good dead 😃) Love this workout can be as hard/easy as I'd like depending on the weight used.
