I put this video on to listen to what I go for a walk this evening, turns out that my body felt like it was ready to run or jog and I appreciated to do it in intervals while listening to this. It was really nice and encouraging to listen to this conversation while running. I felt a boost of confidence and a surge of energy as you guys talked about all the stuff.
I haven’t run in such a long time in this evening was the longest I’ve ran in a while, it felt amazing and I feel great I’m excited that you ladies talked about the end of the challenge and having to continue on other challenges or programs in the app because I was starting to feel lost towards the end of this program. Thank you for creating amazing content!

One of my greatest personal "detox" of this challenge was on Valentine's Day. I had this sexy red dress that I bought right before I got pregnant and for the longest time I kept telling myself I didn't deserve to wear anything sexy until I reached a certain size or number on the scale...and for this post partum pregnancy weight loss has been HARD!! That 2nd child man! 😭 But you know what... I wore that dress this year for Valentine's Day!!! And hey yes for it actually fitting!! 😍 But the greatest victory was learning that "sexy" isn't a specific size or number...it's a state of mind!! And I have your challenge to thank for it!!❤

You guys are amazing and I’m so happy you put this program together. It helped me stay accountable and get off the couch when I didn’t want to. I’m 6 months pregnant now and I’m so proud of my body and my mind. I do look at working out differently now. Before it was more about the way I looked and now it’s about way more than that. It’s about feeling good, staying healthy, having more energy for my kids, celebrating my body and what it can do etc etc. again, thank you for all the hard work you put into this!
