Love this one! Recently found out I was pregnant and am excited to continue to stay active (while listening to my body more). Also just bought your functional core and mama guide!! So excited to learn more and stay healthy throughout this pregnancy! For the little one and me ❤️

Super great workout. I do get wrist pain when doing a lot of plank type exercises. Any suggestions? I have pretty mobile wrists but they just start hurting with my weight on them for too long. Even with a neutral grip using dumbbells.

Six weeks post septorhinoplasty to fix my breathing and my surgeon cleared me for “whatever I want except contact sports.” So this is my first real Hannah workout back. Pendulum rows are so good.
