Dang no matter how many times I do this workout that 5 rounds at the end always feel like forever!!! 😆😆 but I always get it done! 💪🏼

That was sooo good!! Love training my upper body! I had a hard time with the core conditioning at the end, my core feels weak but got through 4 rounds with 10lbs and going down to 5lbs the last round
