That felt all really great! I increased my weights in everything except the delt raises, I think did those at 3lbs last time and now at 5lbs, my delts feel so weak or maybe I’m not engaging my shoulder blades properly but 5lbs feels so hard but meanwhile I can do military presses with heavier weights starting at 20lbs. The conditioning was brutal but awesome! I only got through two round but had increased weights
