It sucks that i got injured the last 2 weeks of this challenge but it's still nice to get some movement it even tho it's modified.

Started the day with a 5k trail run and then came back to this ... almost skipped the conditioning but I'm glad I decided to see it through! Amazing feeling! Great workout!🔥🔥🔥

I took a week off from working out and lifting weights during my birthday weekend and focussed on other active activities outdoors such as walking, running and hot yoga. I went lighter with the weights tonight because I have a labour-intensive workday tomorrow so I don’t want my muscles to be too exhausted. I’m resuming back to my workouts where I left off so this will be my last week of this challenge and I have really enjoyed it and seen a difference in my endurance, breathing, lungs, arms, shoulders and back.
