Such a great workout! Instead of going for rounds I went for time! 8 rounds in 20 min with the heaviest dumbbells I have!! 🔥💪🏼

That was good! But I was a little confused when I could do the push press with the same barbell weight, so I opted to just lift one heavy plate over my head while not using the barbell. Thanks Hannah! That was nice a short!
